Michele DesLauriers has served as Vice President of Mission Integration at St. Mary-Corwin since July 2007, providing leadership in assuring the integration of mission as a core business process at the hospital.   She shapes the culture of the hospital with our core values of Integrity, Stewardship, Spirituality, Respect, Imagination, Excellence and Compassion and expresses in spirituality reflective of our heritage and faith traditions.

Michele joined St. Mary-Corwin in 1996 and has served as Director of Mission and Spiritual Care, Director of Nursing for Post Acute Care, Director of Rehabilitation Services, Manager of Rehabilitation Services and Coordinator of Speech-Language Pathology Services.  Prior to joining St. Mary-Corwin, Michele was the Manager of Communication Disorders at St. Francis Medical Center in Lynwood, CA for 13 years.

Michele holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech and French from the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, MN, a Masters in Communication Disorders from California State University in Long Beach, CA and a Masters in Applied Spiritual Technology from Mount St. Mary's College in Los Angeles, CA.

Michele is currently the President of the Board of Directors for Pueblo StepUp, and is Vice-Chair of the Catholic Charities of Pueblo Board of Directors.
