Education Assistance

We offer a number of opportunities to pursue additional educational goals. We offer tuition reimbursement programs. These programs require attending approved courses, and will support costs for tuition. Books are also included.

There may be support for mandatory clinical education and training. Based on requirements for each position, your manager will assist you in obtaining these mandatory education programs.

Centura Health offers a scholarship program for all associates called the Healing Ministry Scholarship to provide the opportunity to be trained for high need jobs within Centura facilities.  Thirty Healing Ministry scholarships are awarded annually.  Each scholarship is worth up to $5,000 for tuition, fees and books.  All full-time and part-time associates in good standing may apply.  For more information on applying for this scholarship for St. Mary-Corwin, call Human Resources at 719-557-5142.
