Patient Representative

It is the responsibility of our patient representative to help you have the best hospital stay possible. If you or your family has a concern or a grievance, Sonny Apodaca, our patient representative, may be able to help. He is responsible for investigating your concerns and then responding to you and your family with findings and recommendations for how your concerns can be resolved.

Sonny can be reached at 719-557-5130 between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., (Mountain Time) Monday through Friday.
