Cancer Support Groups through Dorcy Cancer Center
Studies have shown that people who become active in a support service have improved outcomes with cancer treatment and experiences. St. Mary-Corwin fully encourages cancer patients and their families to seek out support services in their local communities. The following support groups, co-sponsored by the American Cancer Society, are offered at the Dorcy Cancer Center:
- A.B.C. (After Breast Cancer): Come and join us for a time of sharing, encouragement, education and support. This group is especially designed for women who have had breast cancer.
