The Dorcy Cancer Center, as part of Catholic Health Initiatives Institute for Research and Innovation and their Center for Clinical Trials has access to many new and exciting clinical research projects designed to answer specific questions and develop new technologies.
In addition, Dorcy Cancer Center has been a member of the
Colorado Cancer Research Program
for over 10 years. Through this membership, we participate and enroll patients in national and international clinical trials sponsored by the
National Cancer Institute
and their cooperative groups like Radiation Therapy Oncology Group (RTOG) , National Surgical Breast and Bowel Project (NSABP), Eastern Cooperative Oncology Group (ECOG) and Cancer and Leukemia Group B (CALGB). Currently, there are over 70 clinical trials available at Dorcy Cancer Center!

A study that, once written, is carefully reviewed by an Ethics Committee for approval before offered to any patient
